Molex is seeking an Associate Program Manager to join our Optical Solutions Business Unit (OSBU). In this role, the successful candidate will be part of R&D engineering team, contributing to the development of the next generation of coherent and PAM4 optical transceivers. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of complex development programs to achieve desired performance objectives (e.g., cost and schedule). The Associate Program Manager is a key support role within the product development team, expected to assist in the coordination of activities across a large, multi-functional, and geographically dispersed team. This role works closely with program leadership to help track progress, maintain alignment among stakeholders, and support the execution of program plans.
