Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage digital analytics initiatives. The Associate Program Manager will play a crucial role in architecting data solutions, optimizing KPIs, and enabling cross-platform tracking. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to guide and mentor teams in implementing advanced analytics frameworks.

• Lead and manage digital analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Architect and design data solutions, including data modeling and ETL processes, to support multi-channel analytics.
• Optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) by analyzing customer behavior and providing actionable insights.
• Implement and manage Adobe Experience Cloud and other modern analytics tools for web and mobile platforms.
• Guide and mentor teams on tag strategy, including Adobe Launch and Google Tag Manager, to ensure accurate data collection.
• Develop scalable dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytics frameworks.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in digital analytics and data engineering.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of best practices within the organization.

• A minimum of 17 years of experience in digital analytics, data engineering, and customer experience analytics.
• Proven track record in leading web analytics implementations and advanced reporting frameworks.
• Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience in managing global-scale data stacks and optimizing KPIs.
• Excellent leadership and mentorship skills to guide and inspire teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex analytics concepts.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
