Job Description
As the Senior Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong client relationships, providing expert consulting services, and ensuring the successful delivery of data-driven solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass client relationship management, strategic consulting, solution design, delivery oversight, and team leadership. You will serve as a trusted advisor, capturing and communicating client context to align with eClerx's objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and partner with sales and account teams to drive business development and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations and issues.
- Provide expert consulting services, offering data-driven insights and strategic roadmaps to address complex business challenges.
- Capture and communicate client context effectively across eClerx teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
- Lead the conceptualization and development of data-driven solutions in marketing, customer service, and supply chain.
- Oversee delivery teams, ensuring successful project execution, quality, and adherence to timelines.
- Partner with sales and account teams to drive revenue growth and develop compelling proposals.
- Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Provide strategic leadership to a hybrid team of data scientists and analysts, focusing on hiring, development, and retention.
- Ensure team alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Data Science, Statistics, or related field) with 15+ years of relevant experience, including 9+ years in analytics leadership.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships within client organizations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address complex business challenges.
- Deep expertise in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling techniques applied to marketing, customer service, and supply chain.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data engineering tools (Databricks, Snowflake).
- Experience managing and collaborating with remote teams.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with a focus on talent development and retention.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R programming languages, as well as data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience applying agile methodologies (Scrum) and project management tools (Jira, Asana, GitHub).
