The Program Manager is a 12-month, full-time embedded role working directly inside the Little Rock School District’s Alternative Learning Environment campuses (Hamilton Learning Center and ACC) and collaborating with the City of Little Rock Summer Youth Program. This position oversees the day-to-day implementation and coordination of REAL Deal program activities, ensuring that curriculum delivery, student engagement, support services, and program operations are carried out effectively across participating sites. The position provides direct student support, behavioral diagnostic assessments, crisis response, trauma-informed guidance, case management, curriculum reinforcement, and coordination with community-based health and mental health services. The role strengthens school–home–community partnerships and removes barriers to learning, in alignment with READY4Life goals and LRSD social work standards.
This position will present relationship-based curriculum in small-group workshops, provide group and
individual coaching, support day-to-day classroom and campus needs, monitor student
progress, assist with REAL Deal enrichment activities, and help students access appropriate
support services. This position will also work closely with families and community members to
strengthen support systems around each student, ensuring early intervention, consistent communication, and continuity of care. This position supports healthy relationship skill-building, emotional regulation, improved attendance, conflict resolution, and long-term planning for REAL Deal participants. This position must understand and apply all federal and state laws related to disabilities, mental health, child welfare, confidentiality, mandated reporting, and student and family rights.
Bachelor's Degree PLUS two (2) years of project/program management experience - preferred PMP Certification

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the REAL Deal program across multiple sites
Ensure consistent and effective delivery of relationship-based curriculum and enrichment activities
Monitor program performance, student engagement, and overall effectiveness
Provide direct student support, including coaching, mentoring, and behavioral guidance
Conduct behavioral assessments and support crisis response as needed
Deliver trauma-informed care and individualized case management
Assist students in accessing appropriate academic, health, and mental health services
Facilitate small-group workshops focused on relationship-building, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution
Reinforce curriculum through individual and group coaching sessions
Support student growth in attendance, behavior, and long-term goal setting
Work closely with school staff, families, and community partners to support student success
Strengthen school–home–community relationships to remove barriers to learning
Coordinate with community-based organizations to ensure continuity of care and early intervention
Ensure adherence to federal and state laws related to disabilities, mental health, child welfare, confidentiality, and mandated reporting
Align program activities with READY4Life goals and LRSD social work standards
Assist with classroom and campus needs as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
