Strong communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and inclusive leadership are considered assets.

The Chairholder is expected to:

    • Supporting the design and delivery of H2i programming and initiatives, and
    • Serving as a strategic leadership advisor to the Director of Commercialization and Partnerships, supporting H2i planning and priority-setting

This contribution is a core and mandatory expectation of the Chair and must be sustained throughout the term.

The Chair award provides an annual allocation of $170,000 per annum, consisting of $150,000 to support the Chairholder’s salary and $20,000 to support activities directly related to the Chair’s mandate in health innovation and technology.
