Aid in Innovation Pipeline, Product Portfolio Health and Product Life Cycle Management efforts to maximize revenues and realize profitable growth.

Portfolio & Innovation Analytics

  • Support innovation pipeline management, product portfolio health assessment, and product life cycle management efforts to maximize revenue and profitable growth.

  • Analyze product performance data toidentifytrends, risks, and opportunities, recommending actions to improve portfolio health.

  • Conductindepthnew product introduction (NPI) retrospectives and performance benchmarking.

  • Developdatadrivenproduct discontinuation recommendations and support execution tracking and reporting.

Reporting & Decision Support

  • Utilize metrics and data visualization to report on innovation pipeline and portfolio performance, enabling transparency and informeddecisionmaking

  • Prepare and present portfolio reviews for S&OP Step 1, synthesizing insights.

  • Organize and document Innovation Funnel calls, ensuring clarity on decisions, actions, and next steps.

CrossFunctionalCollaboration

  • Workcrossfunctionallywith Category, Insights, and Marketing teams to ensure balanced perspectives and actionable recommendations.

  • Builddeepunderstanding of product attributes and specifications to support effective portfolio optimization.

  • Research and assess product portfoliomanagementbest practices across the food and beverage industry, applying relevant learnings to drive continuous improvement.

Tools, Data & Process Support

  • Serve as Data Custodian for key Material Master data elements, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance.

  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders tomaintainand enhance Cloud Coach functionality aligned to project management needs and reporting requirements.

  • Providedaytodaysupport for Innovation PMO technologies, dashboards, and reporting.

  • Develop training materials,endusertraining strategies, and ongoing support for Innovation PMO users.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing,financeor related field preferred.

  • 2 years' experience preferred.

  • Excelproficiencyrequired.

  • Power BI experience preferred.

  • Cloud Coachor Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Experience in project and product management preferred.

A reasonable annual estimate of the range for this role is listed below.Pay Rate or Range: $59,010.00 - $88,510.00
