Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Execution & Campaign Support

  • Support the planning and execution of product marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Assist in the development and localization of marketing materials, product communication assets, and sales support tools.
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports.

Product Launch & Portfolio Support

  • Support new product launch projects and product lifecycle management activities.
  • Assist in maintaining product information, marketing content, and launch timelines.
  • Coordinate with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales, and Creative teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Market & Business Analysis

  • Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research.
  • Monitor category trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Support sales and business performance reporting.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management review.

Project Coordination & Administration

  • Coordinate meetings and communications with regional and global teams.
  • Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and vendor management processes.
  • Manage marketing asset libraries and project documentation.
  • Assist with product training events, meetings, and internal communications.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Nutrition, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related functions.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business-level English communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in Nutrition, Dietary Supplements, Beauty, Consumer Healthcare, or FMCG industries.
  • Experience working in a multinational company environment.

Employment Type
