Job Description

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL / databases (optional but valuable)
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Collect, validate, and maintain business data from various sources
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
    • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Data Analysis
    • Analyze business performance metrics (sales, operations, financials, etc.)
    • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
    • Provide actionable insights to management
  • Dashboard & Tools Handling
    • Create and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
    • Automate reports wherever possible
  • Process Improvement
    • Streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency
    • Suggest data-driven improvements for business operations
  • Coordination
    • Work with different departments to gather and validate data
    • Support management with ad-hoc analysis requests
  • Compliance & Documentation
    • Maintain proper documentation of reports and processes
    • Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of data
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, IT, or related field
  • Certifications in Data Analytics, Excel, or BI tools are an advantage
