The Role
As an Associate Product Manager for Veeva Network MDM, you will evolve our "single source of truth" platform by building critical data integrations to enterprise applications like Vault CRM and SAP Concur.
Guided by seasoned product leaders, you will take ownership of specific features to bridge the gap between complex business needs and engineering execution.
You will also explore practical, hype-free applications of AI to accelerate your product research and deliver solutions that genuinely reduce manual work for Life Sciences users.

- Leverage AI tools practically to accelerate market research, synthesize complex customer feedback, and rapidly design new feature concepts
- Dive into data models to define how fields in Veeva Network MDM map to external systems like Vault CRM or SAP Concur
- Align with teams like Vault CRM and Veeva OpenData to track dependencies and ensure seamless integration releases
- Translate business requirements into clear, technical specifications and acceptance criteria for our engineering and QA teams
- Assist in grooming the product backlog, prioritizing bug fixes, and ensuring the development team has a steady stream of well-defined work
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in software, consulting, or a related technical field (Recent graduates with strong internships are encouraged to apply)
- Excellent written and oral skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Curiosity about emerging tech (like LLMs) balanced with a focus on finding the right solution for the customer
- Basic understanding of software architecture (APIs, databases). You must be comfortable reading technical documentation and discussing logic with engineers
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Prior experience working directly with customers in a support, success, sales, or consultative capacity
- Practical experience using AI assistants like Claude or Gemini to boost productivity and research
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, or data integration concepts
- Familiarity with SQL is a plus. You should love digging into data to find answers
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
- Basic exposure to Veeva Vault, Vault CRM, Veeva CRM, or Salesforce.com
Perks & Benefits
- Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance
- PTO and company-paid holidays
- Retirement programs
- 1% charitable giving program
Compensation
