Job Description

ABOUT XCEPTOR

We are recognised as an expert in the Financial Services vertical, which strongly aligns with Business Users in Middle and Back-Office teams. We enable these users to solve their data challenges by themselves, rather than through a technology-led project.

  • Support the design of tax-related workflows, controls, and reporting capabilities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Tax, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering teams to align on priorities.
  • Facilitate discussions to understand business needs and identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Communicate product updates, risks, and delivery milestones effectively.

Data & Analysis

  • Analyse product usage, tax data, and customer feedback to identify enhancements.
  • Support testing and validation of tax calculations and reporting outputs.
  • Monitor product performance and compliance-related metrics.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and issue resolution for tax-related defects or incidents.

🎯 Who we're looking for

  • 1–3 years' experience in Product Management or a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Is naturally curious and constantly learning about new technologies, tools, and approaches
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious, and collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, software products, and product management

About Xceptor

Our mission is to empower financial services companies to build automated processes that deliver trusted data and create better customer outcomes. At the same time, we aim to increase our clients’ productivity, reduce their time-to-market, and optimize their operational processes.

Essentially, we make the lives of our clients, and their customers, easier. Our platform and products provide financial services teams with the digital skills they need to succeed in the digitized world we now live in. Automated data is fast becoming a critical necessity for financial institutions as demand for trusted data automation grows. As trade volume increases, so does the number of transactions that are processed. This creates the need for increasingly complex regulations. As such, decoupling data from processes is no longer a viable option for financial services companies. That’s why we’ve created a platform that automates the processing of data while ensuring all compliance is met. In turn, we deliver a higher return on our clients’ investments along with faster times to market.

We understand the evolving needs of the markets, and so we’re able to provide our clients with products that enhance the most critical and complex processes, all through an exceptionally configurable platform. Our products help companies convert structured, semi-structured and unstructured, multiple-format and fragmented data into trusted, reliable sources. The comprehensive, end-to-end nature of our products has enabled us to become a leader in the financial services market.
