As Associate Global Product Manager, IVF Equipment, you will support the global product management team by managing key portfolio operations processes, developing market and business insights, coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional inputs, and supporting launch and lifecycle management activities. This role will help improve portfolio visibility, decision-making, and execution, as well as by cross-organization collaboration.

You will report to the Global Product Director, IVF Equipment. You will also work closely with Senior Global Product Managers and cross-functional stakeholders including regional commercial teams, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Service, Supply Chain, Business Development, and global commercial teams. You will work in a dynamic global environment with multiple activities running in parallel. Travel may be required depending on business need.

Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

  • Lead key portfolio operations processes, including SKU rationalization, registration tracking, portfolio health monitoring, lifecycle tracking, and business performance reporting.
  • Coordinate intake, prioritization, and tracking of sustaining engineering requests, product improvement initiatives, and cross-functional portfolio actions in partnership with Product Management and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain portfolio insights and decision-support tools, including competitive intelligence, pricing analysis, installed-base analytics, market trends, customer feedback, and performance dashboards.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to support portfolio decisions, commercial planning, lifecycle management, and product category strategy.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input from Supply Chain, Operations, Service, Finance, Regulatory, Quality, regional commercial teams, and Product Management to ensure portfolio analyses, business cases, and recommendations are complete, accurate, and decision-ready.
  • Coordinate development, approval, and deployment of product communications, sales enablement tools, launch materials, training content, portfolio documentation, and other commercial assets.
  • Establish and maintain Product Management processes, reporting tools, governance mechanisms, and operating cadences to improve portfolio visibility, prioritization, decision-making, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Facilitate recurring regional, product, and cross-functional portfolio review forums, ensuring key risks, opportunities, actions, decisions, and follow-up activities are effectively communicated and tracked.

Travel:

Travel up to 10 to 15% per year, conditional to business need.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Analytical, structured, and comfortable working with complex information from multiple sources.
  • Strong business curiosity and interest in science, fertility, IVF customers, laboratory workflows, medical devices, and global healthcare markets.
  • Attention to detail and highly organized, while ensuring progress to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to take ownership of tasks, drive follow-up, and create structure where processes or data are incomplete.
  • Ability to gather, organize, analyze, and communicate business, market, product, pricing, and portfolio data clearly.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to create clear PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, summaries, and business analysis in Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with excellent networking and collaborative behavior across functions and regions.
  • Comfortable coordinating input from multiple stakeholders and following up to ensure actions, decisions, and deliverables are completed.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced working environment and remain comfortable with sometimes short deadlines.
  • Knowledge of IVF, fertility, embryology, laboratory workflows, medical devices, laboratory equipment, and/or software-enabled devices is considered an advantage.
  • Team player, while also able to work independently and effectively.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written, is mandatory.

Work Environment:

  • On Site: Trumbull, CT or Livingston, NJ

Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, business analysis, market research, commercial excellence, sales support, medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences, laboratory equipment, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting portfolio management, business analysis, pricing analysis, competitive intelligence, product launches, lifecycle management, or commercial planning is considered an advantage.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional projects, recurring business processes, dashboards, reporting tools, or stakeholder review forums is considered an advantage.
  • Experience working with global or cross-functional teams is considered an advantage.

Education:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $70,000-80,000 The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
