Where you’ll be:
This position will be based at our Corporate Headquarters located in Charlotte, NC.
About the Role:
The Associate Product Manager – Dish Care supports the development, maintenance, and optimization of the dishwasher product portfolio. In this role, you’ll manage product data, track project progress, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure product specifications and literature are accurate and launch‑ready. You will contribute to new product introductions, collaborate across R&D, design, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers, and help support annual product planning. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset in a fast‑moving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage new model setups and maintain accurate product specifications across systems
Order and coordinate sample products for field testing, photography, and events
Track project status and provide clear cross‑functional updates
Support larger Product Line initiatives while owning assigned new product launches
Contribute to annual global strategy and planning efforts for the dishwasher category
Ensure all product literature is complete, accurate, and available at launch
Collaborate with R&D, Design, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Suppliers on innovation, development, and cost‑efficiency initiatives
Maintain a thorough understanding of internal product lineups and competitive offerings
Provide commercial teams with accurate product information and specifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
4+ years of experience in marketing, engineering, product planning, proposal development, product management, or project management
Experience with merchandising, financial analysis, or cost‑accounting principles (preferred)
Familiarity with consumer durables and sales channels such as homebuilder or retail markets (preferred)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to detail
