Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Planning

• Support the development and execution of annual brand plans.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and performance reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor brand KPIs including sales performance, market share, prescription trends, and customer engagement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to optimize brand performance.

Marketing Campaign Management

• Assist in designing and executing promotional campaigns and tactical marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate development of promotional materials, visual aids, digital content, and marketing collateral.
• Work with creative and digital agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with internal and regulatory guidelines.

Market Research & Insights

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape.
• Conduct healthcare professional (HCP) feedback sessions and market research projects.
• Generate actionable insights to support brand decision-making.

Sales Force Support

• Partner with the sales team to develop effective communication tools and promotional strategies.
• Support sales force training on product positioning, key messages, and campaign objectives.
• Monitor field feedback and recommend improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Support product launches, line extensions, and lifecycle management activities.
• Participate in cross-functional brand team meetings.

Product Launch & Lifecycle Management

• Assist in launch planning and execution of new products.
• Track launch readiness and coordinate launch activities across functions.
• Support portfolio management initiatives and brand lifecycle strategies.

Budget Management

• Support tracking and monitoring of marketing budgets.
• Ensure optimal utilization of promotional investments.
• Work with finance teams for budget forecasting and reconciliation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Achievement of brand sales targets.
• Market share growth.
• Successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field.
• MBA in Marketing preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, brand management, or related commercial roles.
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical product management is desirable.
