Job Description
Tufin’s Product Management team is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing product requirements, as well as working closely with customers, sales, R&D, solutions team, business development, marketing and field-services to ensure successful product releases and high customer satisfaction.
As an Associate Product Manager, you will work with Product Managers in making key product decisions, conducting market research and competitive analysis, delivering product demos, and knowledge transfer activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Market fit and competitive research in support of new product initiatives as well as ensuring a strong market position for existing offerings.
- Prepare & deliver clear, compelling presentations to customers, colleagues, and superiors
- Communicating effectively with key stakeholders and other members of the organization.
- Lead Tufin's demo environment, used to showcase the value of the Tufin Orchestration Suite
- Seek out and interpret user feedback and market research data to guide product development.
- Collaborate closely with a diverse group of stakeholders and meet with clients to maintain an on-the-pulse knowledge of our users and the use cases that drive their successful outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, strong network security background, leadership skills and passion to make an industry-wide impact
Requirements
- 2+ years proven experience in networking or network security products – Must
- Hands-on experience with network/network security equipment such as Routers, Firewalls, SD-WAN, VPNs, SASE, etc- Must
- Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
- Excellent communication, writing and verbal, and presentation skills in English
- Effective evangelist of product/technology to both internal and external audiences
- Willingness to travel (up to 2-3 times a year)
Advantage
- CCNA, CCNP or equivalent certifications.
- Customer facing experience
- Experience with agile development (SCRUM).
- Experience in QA, tech support, or product development.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (computer networking, industrial engineering) or an MBA in Information Technology or a related field.
