Job Description

Company:

Processes requests through PMO with input from Business, Functions and OWG Director of Business Systems.

Coordinates with other appropriate team members to ensure existing systems meet client needs.

Assists in the documentation and implementation of solutions projected for the Company's long term goals.

Focuses on continuous improvements to team and processes for maximum efficiency and value.

Assists with the development of best practices and streamlined processes across the IT department.

Follows processes and best practices as agreed to by department.

Understands the Application Portfolio and aligns with long term goals.

Supports to Business System’s Technical & SDLC leadership, and creates/follows policies for the team.
