We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to drive the intersection of creativity and business outcomes in mobile gaming. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly art, design, and engineering, to deliver engaging in-game content while optimizing for performance metrics such as retention, engagement, and monetization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the product experience by combining data-driven decision-making with creative execution. Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the in-game content roadmap, aligning art production with business and live operations goals
- Define, track, and optimize key performance metrics such as retention, engagement, and monetization
- Conduct A/B testing on content, creatives, and features to improve product performance
- Oversee the end-to-end content pipeline from concept to production and in-game implementation
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and community teams to ensure seamless execution
- Translate business objectives into clear and actionable creative and product briefs
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance production speed and quality
- Support hiring, mentoring, and development of team members while fostering a collaborative culture
- Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies, including AI-driven solutions, to improve workflows
- Partner with growth teams on user acquisition strategies, creative testing, and campaign performance
- Support ad monetization strategies by optimizing placements, frequency, and user experience
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile gaming or digital products
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- High attention to detail and strong organizational discipline
- Ability to break down complex problems and solve them with structured thinking
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing
- Understanding of A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with user acquisition and ad monetization concepts is a plus
- Exposure to creative production pipelines or art workflows is an advantage
- Interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation
