About the Role
Uwill is seeking a dynamic Associate Product Manager who will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our mental health teletherapy platform. This is a full-time position that reports to the Vice President of Product Management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support product strategy, execute on a roadmap that supports business goals, and improve the user experience for clients and providers alike. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on mental health accessibility and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of product roadmaps for 1–2 assigned product lines

  • Develop clear product requirements and manage product backlog

  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to help inform product decisions and measure success

  • Work closely with Engineering and Design to ensure successful product/feature rollouts

  • Partner closely with Customer Support to help investigate, triage, and resolve product issues

  • Identify and help implement AI-driven opportunities that improve both the product experience and internal team efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • 0-3 years experience in a technical, clinical, or business role where you contributed to the growth of a software or healthcare product

  • Past experience in a fast-paced, startup (or startup-like) environment

  • Understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies

  • Familiarity with user research, data analysis, and testing methodologies

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

  • Analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions

  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, computer science, psychology) or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mental health, teletherapy, or digital health products

  • Experience with product, analytics, or project management tools

  • Familiarity with healthcare or mental health industry standards and regulations

  • Knowledge of regulatory and privacy requirements in healthcare (e.g. HIPAA compliance)

  • Strong interest in AI-powered products and internal workflow automation

  • Startup or high-growth environment experience

Hiring Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $100,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data)
