As we rapidly scale our platforms, we're seeking passionate Product Managers to join our Engagement and Growth team. In this role, you'll shape the future of ikhlas.com, leading product strategy and crafting impactful experiences for Muslims in the region. What Will You Do

  • Work closely with senior product managers and stakeholders in ikhlas.com to conceptualize, define, design, develop and deliver the product backlog to provide a device, channel and medium independent experience to customers/users in the areas of ecommerce, merchant acquisition, etc.

  • Simplify ikhlas.com digital platforms to enhance the overall usability and customer experience.

  • Fuse Islamic elements into our products, services, and overall platform to enhance the Islamic spiritual experiences of our customers when they use our platform and products.

  • Partner with software engineering teams to develop new product ideas from concept to production.

  • Support Agile development teams and stakeholders by providing vision, direction, requirements, and user stories.

  • Prioritize product features (stories, epics, and themes) based on value and alignment with product strategy.

  • Support product release planning and set expectations for delivery of new functionality.

  • Remove obstacles that hinder the team's ability to achieve release/sprint goals.

  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular product updates and understanding business needs

Your Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field

  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a product management role, preferably within an e-commerce environment

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

  • Some experience and understanding of Product Design, Product Engineering, Data Science, and Quality Assurance

  • General Understanding of Agile processes and principles

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Creative thinker with a vision
