You are not expected to have all the answers, but you are expected to think clearly, ask good questions, and learn fast.
As an Associate Product Manager at Gamma, you will:
Support the discovery and definition of product problems by working closely with:
Operations teams (Relationship Officers, Recovery, Support)
Engineering
Data and business stakeholders
Help translate real-world operational and rider challenges into clear product requirements
Assist in writing and maintaining product documents such as:

User flows and acceptance criteria
Coordinate with engineers during implementation to clarify requirements and unblock progress
Track product performance using simple, meaningful metrics
Gather feedback from internal teams and users to inform iteration and improvement
Help ensure products are practical, usable, and aligned with business goals
What Success Looks Like in This Role
You can independently take ownership of small product initiatives with guidance
You build strong working relationships with operations and engineering teams
You help reduce confusion, inefficiencies, or operational load through product improvements
You consistently bring clarity to ambiguous problems
You show visible growth in judgment, confidence, and product thinking
Are you early in your product management career (0–2 years experience), or transitioning into PM from a related role (engineering, design, ops, analytics, etc.)
Are curious about how products work in the real world, not just on screens
Can think in a structured way and explain your reasoning clearly
Are comfortable working in environments where data may be incomplete and problems are messy
Are willing to learn from feedback and iterate on your thinking
Care about impact — both on users and on the business
Some exposure to product management, business analysis, UX, engineering, or operations
Ability to write clearly and organize thoughts logically
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Comfort working with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with basic product concepts (user problems, trade-offs, success metrics)
