While executing the product vision, you will work closely with engineers and designers. You will report to the Head of Product. Good to have: B2B / SaaS experience. Life at WebEngage:

External Skills And Expertise Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for the assigned functional pods.
• Be the SPOC for all stakeholders: customer teams, engineering, and design.
• Have calls with customers to understand their pain points, read between the lines, and devise a solution in line with the product vision.
• Work with the engineering manager to plan sprints and feature releases, and ensure the execution of the product roadmap.
• Write detailed specs for changes incorporated in the product.
• Manage technical documentation and knowledge base content for the product.
• Conduct internal training and education for Product On-boarding.
• Demonstrate new feature launches to internal teams.
• Work with the Product Marketing team for customer communication around new launches.
• Measure the impact of features through KPIs.
• Understand other complementary tools that customers use in the marketing automation space.

Requirements:

• B.E/B.Tech and an MBA/PG from a premier institute.
• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Crisp and clear communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Obsession for quality and attention to detail.
