👋What are our wishes?

We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer / SME (Source-to-Pay Ivalua) to lead the design, configuration, implementation, and release management of Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) solutions. The role will serve as the primary expert for Ivalua platform capabilities, best practices, and solution delivery while supporting stakeholders, development teams, and business users throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation experience
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise systems implementation

Certification

Required:

• Ivalua L3 Certification (SRM, S2C, P2P, Integration)
• Ivalua Project Release Manager Certification/Badge

Preferred: Ivalua L3 SQL Certification

Strong experience in:

• Ivalua Functional Configuration
• Ivalua Technical Configuration
• APIs, EAI, ETL Integrations
• Advanced SQL
• Release Management
• SDLC Methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps, Scrum, and Agile methodologies
• Experience managing software or product releases
• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning technologies
• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
• Familiarity with Oracle databases and multi-tier architectures
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices

Soft Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

💼How can you contribute to the team?

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Advisory

• Act as the Ivalua SME across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform.
• Provide guidance on Ivalua best practices, architecture, and solution design.
• Review and validate solution designs to ensure scalability, compliance, and maintainability.
• Support business stakeholders in translating requirements into Ivalua solutions.

Configuration & Implementation

• Configure Ivalua modules including:
• Supplier Management
• Sourcing
• Contract Management
• Requisitions
• Purchase Orders
• Invoicing
• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, data models, and integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and technical issues.

Release & Delivery Management

• Support release planning, deployment readiness, and go-live activities.
• Coordinate with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.
• Participate in design reviews, defect management, and release assessments.
• Ensure successful deployment and post-production stabilization.

Team Leadership & Knowledge Sharing

• Mentor and upskill team members on Ivalua solutions and best practices.
• Support onboarding through solution walkthroughs and training.
• Maintain technical and functional documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in development, configuration, and release processes.

Work Setup: Remote

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Manila Time (must align with the client's business calendar and holidays)

Type: Project-based (minimum 1 year, subject to extension)
