Your Role:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers, thoroughly investigate issues reported for PTC's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, with a focus on Windchill Workgroup Manager (WGM), and address related questions.
  • Guide customers and partners on configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and best practices for Workgroup Manager and associated CAD/PLM environments following Quality Management Procedures
  • Utilize PTC's case management tools to log issues, track status, and manage associated activities while adhering to service level objectives.
  • Create, improve, and publish knowledge articles for reuse by customers, employees, and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global support, services, and account teams to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively and efficiently.
  • Participate in continuous learning initiatives, mentoring opportunities, and training programs to build technical expertise.
  • Demonstrate a proactive mindset with the ability to independently take ownership of complex customer challenges and drive them to resolution.
  • Identify and recommend product improvements, support process enhancements, and training opportunities for the broader support organization.

You will be responsible for delivering world-class technical support services that accelerate customers' digital transformation journeys and maximize the value of their PLM investments.

By providing technical expertise in Windchill Workgroup Manager, Visualization and related CAD integrations, you will help customers improve product development processes, enhance collaboration, and achieve their business objectives while ensuring superior customer experience.

Your Team:

The individual will be part of a highly skilled and collaborative global PLM Support organization, supporting customers and partners across multiple geographies.

You will work closely with support engineers, services consultants, account teams, R&D, and Quality Assurance teams worldwide to deliver exceptional support for Windchill Workgroup Manager & Visualization solutions.

The candidate will contribute to helping customers realize the full value of PTC's Product Lifecycle Management ecosystem by providing timely and effective technical solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 0-2 years of experience in technical support, enterprise software solutions, software development, or a similar technical environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate, document, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Experience supporting or implementing client-server architecture and/or multi-tier enterprise applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.
  • Strong documentation, organization, and case management skills.
  • Should be ready to work in Night Shift
  • Bonus: Experience in Windchill Workgroup Manager or 3rd party PLM/CAD systems (e.g. Catia, Solidworks, AutoCAD, etc.)
  • Optional: Experience in Databases, Networking and Operating Systems.
