Job Duties

  • Send RFQs/ inquiries to vendors to obtain quotes.
  • Review, analyze quotations, negotiate including terms and conditions to secure the best value from the vendors.
  • Maintain proper filing/ records.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Resolve supplier performance issues and procurement-related disputes.
  • Bridge the requirement between internal customers and external vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement software.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
