Role: IB Operations- Associate Process Manager
Location: Mumbai /Pune/Chandigarh
Shift Timings: have to be flexible with all shifts including night shifts.
Travel Requirements: NA
TA Agreement- 1 Year
As part of our IB Operations team, you will be working with our client partners to improve processes and controls that build capacity and scale. Support us to monitor and capture the overall data and its status from various global functional teams across our clients.
Job Responsibilities
Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope
Independently handle all clients and lead mitigation steps to prevent escalations
Help knowledge management endeavour by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams
Lead various quality initiatives across processes managed

The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.
Qualifications
Post Graduation (MBA/ PGDM)
Knowledge of KYC and Client On-boarding, Derivative Operations, Risk and Financial Reporting, Asset Servicing, Reference Data
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel
Delivery of productivity gains and identify and implement process improvements.
Ability to present data in client meetings with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to understand and analyze complex problems, methodically devise and present a solution, and apply sound judgment independently.
