Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Optimization Strategy & Consulting

• Develop and own optimization and experimentation roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
• Identify customer journey friction points and conversion opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Conduct opportunity assessments and prioritize testing initiatives based on potential business impact.
• Define optimization strategies across acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and cross-sell journeys.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on personalization and experimentation best practices.

Experimentation Program Management

• Lead end-to-end A/B testing and multivariate testing programs.
• Facilitate hypothesis generation workshops with business and product teams.
• Create detailed test plans, success metrics, audience definitions, and measurement frameworks.
• Ensure proper test governance, prioritization, and experimentation discipline.
• Manage testing calendars and stakeholder alignment.

Adobe Target & Personalization

• Translate business requirements into Adobe Target use cases.
• Design audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
• Collaborate with technical teams for Adobe Target activity implementation.
• Support recommendations around automated personalization, recommendations, and experience targeting capabilities.
• Validate test setup and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Analytics & Insights

• Analyze behavioral, customer, and campaign performance data.
• Leverage Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, or other analytics platforms to identify optimization opportunities.
• Interpret test results and derive actionable recommendations.
• Quantify business impact, revenue uplift, and customer experience improvements.
• Develop executive-level reporting and performance dashboards.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with marketing, digital, product, UX, and analytics teams.
• Present testing strategies, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Drive adoption of experimentation culture across client organizations.
• Conduct regular business reviews and optimization performance updates.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in CRO, digital optimization, experimentation, personalization, or digital analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Target.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical concepts.
• Experience working with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
• Ability to translate business problems into testable hypotheses.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing enterprise-level optimization programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Adobe Target Business Practitioner Certification.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Familiarity with UX research, customer journey mapping, and behavioral analytics tools.
• Understanding of experimentation statistics, confidence levels, significance, and test design.
• Experience within BFSI, Retail, Telecom, Travel, or other large enterprise environments.
