Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end facility operations including maintenance, repairs, and regulatory compliance.
2. Oversee and track deployment of housekeeping and security staff.
3. Manage all AMCs, ensure timely execution, and publish scheduled reports.
4. Maintain adequate pantry and BCP stock with proper documentation.
5. Ensure adherence to ESG guidelines and coordinate facility needs with the landlord.
6. Handle Mumbai hotel and guest house bookings as per company travel policy.
7. Publish monthly occupancy, usage, and feedback reports.
8. Conduct periodic audits and collect feedback from minimum 15% travelers.
9. Achieve 2–5% annual cost savings through vendor negotiation or operational efficiency.
10. Manage Mumbai cab bookings ensuring 100% adherence to travel policy.
11. Support billing with accurate travel/facility data, preventing duplicate invoices.
12. Coordinate Independent Director travel (flights, hotel, cab) and publish daily travel reports.
13. Organize and manage board meetings, offsites, and corporate events end‑to‑end.
14. Act as POC for all Mumbai-based events; coordinate with vendors and procurement.
15. Maintain MIS, billing trackers, accruals, and manage vendor SLAs with monthly reviews.
16. Prepare adhoc reports and ensure compliance with all company policies and processes.

Experience & Skills Required

• 4+ years of experience in Facility Management, Travel Desk Operations, Vendor Management, or Corporate Administration.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations, AMC management, travel policy adherence.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in vendor negotiation and cost optimization.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and compliance focus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work with minimal supervision.
