What it's about

In this position you will work in the Private Equity Direct Investment team and take part in all aspects of control and control-oriented private equity investments across a range of transaction sizes and industries.

Responsibilities

• Quantitative and qualitative analysis on prospective direct equity investments across Greater China region
• Preparing Investment Committee papers for, and attend Investment Committee meetings on a regular basis
• Transaction due diligence work-streams, including financial, commercial, legal, tax, etc
• Support investment leadership in securing debt arrangements, negotiating purchase agreements, employment agreements and incentive compensation for management teams
• Participate in meetings with current and prospective target companies as well as on-site visits etc
• Conduct various tasks related to product reporting, monitoring investments, market research, and marketing efforts
