As an Associate Principal, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between SAP and non-SAP systems. Your expertise will be crucial in leading a team of SAP PI/PO consultants, providing guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. With your leadership skills, you will contribute to the growth and success of the department, fostering a collaborative environment.

• Lead and manage SAP PI/PO projects, offering technical expertise and guidance to the team.
• Design and develop end-to-end integration solutions, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SAP PI/PO environments, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior SAP PI/PO consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP PI/PO technologies and best practices, ensuring the team's knowledge remains current.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of SAP PI/PO systems, enhancing overall efficiency.
• Document and maintain project-related artifacts, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and contributing to proposal development.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP PI/PO consulting, with a proven track record of successful project deliveries.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PI/PO architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in SAP PI/PO development tools and technologies, including SAP NetWeaver, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP API Management.
• Experience in working with various SAP modules and understanding their integration requirements.
• Good understanding of web services, SOAP, and RESTful APIs for integration purposes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
