Job Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our SAP Planning - Delivery department, working closely with business stakeholders to enhance demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our supply chain strategies and processes.

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP IBP solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP IBP configurations.
• Optimize supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management, using SAP IBP tools.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring best practices are followed during implementation and support.
• Conduct regular reviews and performance assessments of the SAP IBP system, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the SAP IBP system, working closely with data analysts and business users.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored SAP IBP solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP releases and industry trends, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge and efficient.
• Document and communicate project plans, progress, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP IBP implementation and support, with a proven track record of successful projects.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP IBP modules, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in leading and managing SAP IBP projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
• A deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices, with the ability to optimize and enhance existing processes.
• Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration and customization, including the ability to develop and deploy innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions and meeting project timelines.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
