As an Associate Principal - SAP-SAP BASIS, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's SAP modernization initiatives. Your expertise in SAP technologies and cloud operations will be instrumental in optimizing our application systems. You will collaborate with a talented team, leveraging your experience in ITIL and IT Service Management to enhance our incident, event, and change management processes. Additionally, your skills in technical writing and automation will contribute to creating efficient monitoring and operational workflows.

• Lead and manage SAP BASIS operations, ensuring optimal system performance and availability.
• Implement and maintain SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, and Business Objects solutions.
• Collaborate with the ITIL team to streamline incident, event, and change management processes.
• Develop and document technical concepts, including Knowable Base Articles and Wiki pages.
• Automate monitoring and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the SAP BASIS team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL and IT Service Management frameworks, maintaining high-quality service delivery.
• Work closely with other departments to align SAP BASIS operations with business objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations for SAP BASIS-related projects.

• Solid hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, Business Objects, and other SAP technologies.
• Proven work experience in cloud operations, managing large-scale application systems.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes, particularly incident, event, and change management.
• Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise documentation.
• Experience in automating monitoring and operational workflows, reducing manual interventions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-centric approach.
