Job Description

The Associate Principal will play a crucial role in our SAP PM Competency - Delivery department. They will be responsible for end-to-end project management, overseeing SAP implementations, rollouts, and support initiatives. This role demands exceptional leadership and organizational skills to manage project scope, timelines, and resources effectively, while also maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring projects are delivered in line with business objectives.

  • Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and create comprehensive project plans.
  • Manage and allocate project resources efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
  • Monitor and control project timelines, identifying and mitigating risks and delays.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business requirements.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and progress assessments, providing status updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, encouraging cross-functional teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in SAP project management.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP project management, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP modules and their integration, with a focus on SAP PM.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
