As an Associate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the support and maintenance of SAP ERP applications, ensuring they meet business needs and objectives. Your role is crucial in maintaining stable SAP operations and driving service excellence. You will lead and manage a team of application support professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and vendors. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing and optimizing SAP applications, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the organization's ERP systems.

• Manage and lead a team of SAP application support professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure stable and efficient SAP ERP operations, addressing any issues or bottlenecks promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Lead the enhancement and customization of SAP applications to meet evolving business requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Monitor and analyze SAP system performance, identifying areas for performance tuning and resource optimization.
• Implement and enforce best practices and standards for SAP application support and maintenance.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of SAP systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and recommend strategic upgrades or enhancements.
• Provide regular status reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP application support or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP ERP modules and their integration with other systems.
• Experience in leading and managing application support teams, preferably in an SAP environment.
• Proficiency in SAP project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Certifications in SAP ERP applications or project management are preferred.
• A results-driven and proactive approach to work, with a focus on continuous improvement.
