Job Description

As the Lead SAP IBP Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful SAP IBP implementations for our clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing and configuring SAP IBP solutions, optimizing business processes, and ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC systems. Your leadership and technical skills will be key in delivering exceptional results and driving the success of our SAP Planning - Delivery department.

• Lead and manage SAP IBP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Design and configure SAP IBP solutions for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
• Optimize S&OP/Integrated Business Planning processes and integrate them with SAP IBP.
• Conduct business process analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Ensure quality assurance and testing of SAP IBP implementations.
• Document and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP IBP features and industry best practices.
• Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth system operations.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP IBP implementations, with a strong focus on Demand, Supply, and Inventory Planning.
• Expertise in SAP IBP solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Experience in integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA or ECC is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of S&OP/Integrated Business Planning processes and best practices.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end SAP IBP implementations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends.
