Job Description

Bristlecone India Limited is seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant to take on the role of Associate Principal - SAP. In this position, you will play a vital role in designing and implementing secure SAP S/4HANA solutions, collaborating closely with business stakeholders and project teams. Your expertise in SAP Role Design, Fiori Security, and SAC, along with a strong understanding of SOX compliance and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles, will be key to establishing robust security frameworks.

• Lead SAP S/4HANA projects, ensuring secure role-based access and proper access control.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to align security requirements with business needs.
• Address Segregation of Duties (SoD) at the design phase to maintain SOX compliance.
• Conduct security assessments, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Oversee user provisioning, authentication, and authorization processes for efficient user access management.
• Stay updated on SAP security trends and regulatory requirements to enhance security frameworks.
• Lead security workshops and provide training to project teams, fostering a culture of security awareness.
• Proactively identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of security measures across the organization.

• 8+ years of experience in SAP Security, with a strong focus on S/4 HANA greenfield implementation.
• Expertise in SAP Role Design, Fiori Security, and SAC is essential.
• Deep understanding of SOX compliance and Segregation of Duties (SoD) principles.
• Proven ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP authorization concepts and user access management.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP security solutions is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and training skills to lead security workshops and educate project teams.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a collaborative mindset.
• Relevant SAP Security certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of successful project delivery.
