
Duties:
Responsible for design and development of quality metrics implementation for Ovation Program Reporting. Attend high level design sessions, code walkthroughs and offer suggestions, and guidance on any topic that could have a negative impact. Work in an Agile team throughout Lifecycle to collaborate on the analysis, design, development and testing. Actively participate in the Sprint planning session and assist in creating stories with robust acceptance criteria while helping identify missing or incomplete requirements. Analyze the business requirements, understand the expectations from end user, review with SMEs and design test scenarios for report deliverables. Attend daily scrum standup and report testing issues. Provide key input during retrospective meetings. Create detailed reporting and tracking of quality KPIs. Clearly articulate the governance and compliance standards for testing artifacts and quality KPIs. Monitor and update quality reports as needed to ensure timely problem resolution.. Use Alteryx or Airflow DAG and SQL to design and implement ETL pipelines, automate ingestion and transformation workflows, and perform data validation and reconciliation for regulatory and analytics reporting.. Leverage MSSQL Server or Big-Query to write complex SQL queries and integrate Tableau dashboards to analyze large datasets and deliver governance metrics and executive reporting. Develop reusable ETL frameworks using Alteryx or Airflow DAG and SQL to standardize data onboarding, enforce audit controls, and improve processing efficiency across enterprise systems. Identify, evaluate, and recommend automation tools for testing reports. Provide accurate timelines for the stakeholders and make sure deadlines are met without affecting the quality of the product. Prioritize, assign and balance workload of the team as per the timelines. Responsible for continuously improving the QA governance process and technologies. Leverage AI to implement tools that enhance the efforts across Reporting. Up to 40% telecommuting permitted. Education & Experience Required:
