Ncite Partners is currently partnering with a well-established and highly respected construction consulting firm that is looking for an Associate Principal – Dispute Resolution to join their team. Candidates must be located in a major US market.

The Role:

This individual will play a key leadership role within the Claims & Litigation practice, supporting complex construction disputes while also contributing to engagement management and business development efforts. The person will lead project teams, provide expert analysis, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and legal counsel.

  • Analyze and prepare construction-related claims involving delay, productivity loss, change orders, and damages quantification.
  • Provide expert witness services, including depositions, mediation, arbitration, and testimony.
  • Prepare expert reports, presentations, and supporting exhibits for litigation proceedings.
  • Review construction contracts and perform cost and schedule analysis.
  • Manage multiple engagements, oversee team members, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation, scope development, and client relationship management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline required.
  • 10+ years of engineering, construction, or related experience.
  • Experience performing claims and litigation support services is required.
  • Experience on large-scale construction projects is required
    Prior expert witness testimony experience is required.
