Job Description

China-based role Shanghai mandatory

- Fashion Retail & Digital Transformation IOP Implementation Consultant

- Experience in functional implementation, digital transformation, software rollout, business support or user adoption projects.

-Experience working directly with business users and functional teams.

-Ability to quickly understand complex business processes, digital applications and basic technical concepts. - Previous exposure to operational environments where technology supports business-critical workflows.

-Experience supporting adoption of digital tools in fast-paced business contexts.

-Experience working with remote or international teams is highly valued.

Functional Skills

-Strong ability to analyze business processes and understand operational workflows.

-Ability to identify functional issues, process gaps and user adoption barriers.

-Capacity to translate business needs into clear requirements, feedback or improvement proposals.

-Comfortable working with digital platforms, enterprise applications and collaborative tools.

-Ability to understand the impact of new functionalities or process changes on end users.

- Ability to document issues, risks, decisions and feedback in a clear and structured way.

-Strong follow-up discipline to ensure topics are properly tracked until resolution.

Communication Skills

Excellent communication skills with both local users and remote HQ teams.

Ability to communicate clearly across cultures, countries and different seniority levels.

Strong capacity to explain local business context to central teams in a structured and practical way.

Ability to simplify complex functional or operational topics for non-technical users.

Comfortable managing conversations remotely through Teams, email, written updates and structured reporting.

Ability to proactively communicate risks, blockers, priorities and user feedback.

Strong listening skills and ability to build trust with users and stakeholders.

Language Requirements

Local language for the assigned country or office: fluent or native level; Mandarin Chinese for China-based positions.

English: very high professional level, both spoken and written. This is essential to communicate effectively with HQ teams and international stakeholders.

Spanish: optional; it will be considered a highly valuable asset, especially for interaction with teams based in Spain.

Mobility Requirements

Availability to travel within China when required.

-Availability for occasional international travel, including travel to Spain.

-Ability to obtain or maintain the required travel documentation, passport and visas for international business travel when needed.

-Flexibility to support on-site activities in different locations depending on rollout priorities.

Experience working with teams based in Europe or global HQ structures.

Knowledge of processes related to product development, collection management, purchasing, quality control or supplier collaboration.

Familiarity with change management, user training and adoption tracking.

Experience working with product teams, technology teams or agile delivery environments.

Spanish language knowledge is valued when available, especially for interaction with Spain-based teams.
