ROLE PURPOSE

The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization’s perspective.

The role exists to provide advanced expertise in AI platform enablement by translating business needs into AI-driven solutions, defining solution scope, supporting platform adoption, and ensuring alignment between business objectives, technical capabilities, and product roadmaps. The role contributes to maximizing business value through AI initiatives while supporting stakeholder engagement and strategic platform development.

Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

1. AI Scope Definition & Platform Enablement

• Define AI solution scope and platform capabilities based on business objectives.
• Evaluate AI use cases and recommend suitable platform capabilities.
• Support the adoption and continuous enhancement of AI platform services.

2. Business Needs Analysis & Solution Design

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Develop solution concepts that align with AI platform capabilities.
• Ensure business requirements are clearly documented and traceable.

3. AI Solution Planning & Technical Alignment

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure AI solutions align with enterprise architecture and platform roadmaps.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and recommend solution improvements.
• Support prioritization of platform capabilities based on business value.

4. Vendor & Outsourcing Management

• Support vendor evaluations and technical assessments related to AI platform services.
• Review vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate with external partners throughout solution implementation activities.

5. Business Opportunity Assessment

• Identify AI-enabled business opportunities and evaluate their strategic and commercial value.
• Support business case development for AI initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and emerging AI technologies to identify growth opportunities.

6. Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and AI needs.
• Provide expert guidance on AI platform capabilities and solution options.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

7. Platform Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor AI platform performance, adoption, and business value realization.
• Recommend enhancements to improve platform capabilities and operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and AI best practices.

8. Documentation & Governance Support

• Prepare solution documentation, business cases, technical requirements, and governance artifacts.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance standards and organizational policies.
• Support reporting activities related to AI platform initiatives.

9. Policies, Processes & Procedures

• Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

10. Information Security

• Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Academic and professional qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analysis, or a related field.Master's degree is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Product Management, Business Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Platforms, or Agile methodologies are considered an advantage.

Years and Nature of Experience

• 6–8 years of experience in AI platforms, business analysis, product management, digital solutions, or AI-enabled technology initiatives, with demonstrated experience in translating business needs into AI-driven solutions and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
