The Role
As an Associate, you will be the "engine room" of the transaction team. You are expected to move beyond technical execution into a leadership role, managing Analysts and acting as a primary point of contact for clients. Key Responsibilities
Transaction Leadership: Lead the execution of M&A mandates, private placements, and capital raises from inception to close.
Advanced Financial Modeling: Oversee and review complex multi-tab models, including three-statement projections, DCF, LBO, merger consequences, and specialized infrastructure yield analysis.
Strategic Narrative: Spearhead the creation of high-impact marketing materials, including Information Memorandums (CIMs), management presentations, and industry "deep-dive" thought leadership.
Client Management: Serve as a key liaison for C-suite executives and Private Equity sponsors, providing sophisticated advice on valuation and tactical positioning.
Team Mentorship: Manage, train, and develop a pool of Analysts, ensuring technical accuracy and professional growth.
