The TS&EP Associate Portfolio Manager plays a critical role in enabling effective governance, planning, and execution across the Tech Strategy & Enterprise Product (TS&EP) organization. This role supports the establishment and ongoing management of portfolio governance processes that ensure alignment across short‑, medium‑, and long‑term planning horizons, including Demand Management, TS&EP owned program execution health and coordination, monthly operations review coordination, coordination between finance and TS&EP leadership for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development, and visibility to the enterprise project portfolio.
Partnering closely with the TS&EP Chief of Staff, senior leaders, and project leads, the Associate Portfolio Manager helps integrate planning and governance activities into a cohesive, end‑to‑end portfolio view.
As a key enabler of demand aggregation and prioritization, this internally focused role supports senior leadership decision‑making by providing transparency, structure, and discipline across portfolio intake and prioritization processes. The Associate Portfolio Manager works collaboratively with stakeholders across S&T Capability and Transformation functions, S&T Finance, and the Process Excellence & Transformation Program Management COE to drive consistency, alignment, and delivery excellence across the TS&EP portfolio.
