Job Description

The purpose of this role is to support the client team in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of B2B media programs. This role focuses heavily on planning and managing lead-generation tactics—especially content syndication—while ensuring smooth campaign setup, pacing, optimization support, and billing accuracy. The Associate works closely with senior team members, external media partners, and cross-functional internal teams to help campaigns launch on time and perform to expectations.

· Proactive support role for team: most specifically executive and manager

· Responds to simple client requests e.g. planning data

· Assist in the development, maintenance, and updating of media plans (primarily in spreadsheets)

· Support the planning, setup, and execution of lead-buy programs (e.g., content syndication), ensuring all details are accurate and aligned with client objectives

· Learns how to build and develop media owner/partner relationships in order to drive market leading planning for clients

· Supports working with other departments to ensure a campaign goes live on time through growing knowledge of best practice and adherence to Service Level Agreement’s

· Assist with trafficking and operational readiness tasks as needed

· Manages billing and Prisma activity

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (e.g., formulas, data organization, pivot tables a plus).

· Clear written and verbal communication skills for effective vendor and internal team interactions.

· Ability to proactively solve problems and escalate when necessary.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Nice to Have

· Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments

· Hands-on experience with Prisma or similar media finance systems

· Familiarity with digital demand generation or lead-buy channels (e.g., content syndication, webinar promotion, lead nurturing)
