Job Description

Vicor is looking for an Associate Planner to join their team in Andover, MA. The Associate Planner will support the planning operations by managing production orders, tracking WIP and responding to queries from other departments. • Using the Company's MRP system, work on complex plans and schedules with new or variable material and capacity needs.
• Supports customer requirements within the current build plan.
• Monitor the movement of assemblies through the production cycle.
• Coordinates the efficient movement of material with purchasing, production and engineering.
• Responsible for performing a variety of routing, dispatching and expediting duties necessary to meet production schedules.
• Interacts effectively with production, sales and engineering through status and/or exception reporting.
• Develop specifications to production. Participate in physical inventory reconciliation process.

Education / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance etc.
• 1+ years of planning or supply chain experience gained through co-op or internships.
• Strong systems experience specifically with MS Excel, Outlook, etc.
• SAP Knowledge is preferred
• Professional certification a plus

Compensation Data

Salary Range:

$53,000 - $70,000

Please note: This range is based on our current market driven pay structures. Individual salaries are determined based upon a variety of factors including but not limited to, a candidates overall qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience as well as company internal equity.
