Job Description

An Aesthetic Physician at Belo Medical Group is a licensed medical doctor responsible for delivering professional, non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic treatments tailored to patients’ goals while ensuring high standards of safety and patient satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Consultation & Assessment: Conduct patient consultations, evaluate skin and body concerns, and review medical histories to determine the best suitable aesthetic plans.
• Treatment Training: Complete comprehensive training programme covering all aesthetic treatments from basic procedures to advanced techniques.
• Perform Aesthetic Procedures: Administer a range of non-invasive or minimally invasive treatments designed to enhance appearance (e.g., lasers, injectables, fillers, skin rejuvenation techniques — aligned with clinic protocols and standards).
• Patient Safety & Care: Prioritize patient safety by following standardized protocols before, during, and after procedures.
• Education & Communication: Explain treatments, risks, and aftercare instructions clearly to patients and answer their questions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-ups.
• Team Coordination: Work collaboratively with clinical staff (e.g., nurses, assistants) to deliver seamless patient experiences.

REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Medicine or equivalent. Fresh board passers are welcome to apply.
Willing to be trained for the field of Aesthetics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
