Supports core people processes within the People Shared Services (PSS) function, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant service delivery aligned to company's standards. Applies established procedures while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver a consistent, high-quality employee experience. Uses data insights and emerging AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and continuous process enhancement.
Role Responsibilities
Implement end-to-end people processes (e.g., case intake, document validation, system updates, and employee communication) in line with defined guidelines and key performance indicators.
Deliver people services in accordance with agreed SLAs and standards, ensuring a seamless and positive employee and manager experience.
Review and validate documentation, identify discrepancies, and partner with stakeholders (HR, Payroll, managers, and other functions) to ensure compliance and timely resolution.
Manage and resolve standard queries and transactions, while appropriately escalating sophisticated cases and taking ownership through to resolution.
Use data insights and AI-enabled tools (e.g., workflow automation, document classification, case analytics) to improve turnaround time, reduce manual effort, and improve service accuracy.
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements, including automation opportunities, to support continuous service improvement.
Support reporting and analysis of operational metrics (e.g., volumes, SLA performance, error trends), highlighting risks and recommending actionable improvements.
Collaborate closely with team members, team leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and effective service delivery.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on People policies, systems, and digital/AI capabilities, applying new knowledge to improve service outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
Degree or equivalent qualification, with experience in HR operations, shared services, or administration of people processes and systems.
Experience working with HR systems and case management tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
Familiarity with automation and AI related tools is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage sensitive information professionally and accurately.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks, handle workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
