Which tasks can you expect?

  • Provide necessary support to help manage, maintain, and deliver client payroll/projects within agreed deadlines and with high quality.

  • Effectively plan and manage own workload.

  • Validate and enter all data received within agreed deadlines and in accordance with client company policies, procedures and requirements.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via MS Teams, email, and live chat (as applicable).

  • Document customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the required system(s).

  • Identify recurring problems and contribute to the development of solutions and process improvements.

  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations and builds long-lasting relationships.

  • NB: Additional tasks may be allocated by the Manager.


What do you have to offer?

  • Previous experience in a customer support or similar role preferred (especially in the European market).

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and French.

  • Team player quality - contribute effectively to the development and growth of the team.

  • Computer literate and knowledge of the Microsoft software package (Outlook, Ms Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Rapid assimilation capacity.

  • Comfortable with mathematics and calculations.

  • Visible commitment to quality processes and the ability to challenge and influence change (if necessary) from established procedures.

  • Actively seeking improvements that can increase process efficiency.

  • Empathy and patience when dealing with customers from diverse backgrounds.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

  • Exposure to BE legislation and culture is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools is a plus
