
Learfield is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Associate Partnerships Manager to join our Sports Properties team and support the execution of multi-channel corporate sponsorships on campus. This role plays a key part in bringing partnerships to life—managing moderately complex accounts with growing autonomy and helping ensure that all contractual elements are fulfilled with excellence.
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary activation lead for a portfolio of partners, helping to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-venue, broadcast, and experiential platforms. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and university stakeholders to bring sponsorship elements to life, while also providing guidance to junior staff or event assistants as needed. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative to solve problems, and excels at communication and operational execution.
