Trusting Social builds AI-powered co-lending partnerships with banks and financial institutions to expand affordable, responsible credit for Vietnamese consumers. Those partnerships only work when there is someone the bank trusts on the other side of the table. This role is that person — the human trust layer between Trusting Social and our bank partners.

How we work with AI

We are remaking every team as a human–AI fusion: people hold the judgment and the relationships, while AI carries the analytical and documentation load. In this role you will use AI tools every day — for meeting preparation, partner communication, requirement write-ups, and reporting — and you will build reusable AI workflows for the recurring work rather than using AI one-off. You will always verify AI output before it reaches a partner.

How You'll Make an Impact

You will own the day-to-day relationship with our bank partners across two co-lending tracks. You are the primary point of contact — keeping partners aligned, projects on track, and escalations resolved — and the bridge that translates partner needs into work our product, technology, and risk teams can deliver.

What You'll Do

• Day-to-day relationship management for the bank partners — the primary contact for stakeholder communication, escalation handling, and governance touchpoints.
• Project milestone tracking, partner alignment, and issue resolution across both co-lending tracks.
• Translating partner requirements into clear internal business requirements documents and product specifications.
• Portfolio reviews, commercial reporting, and governance-meeting materials.
• Cross-functional alignment across the product, technology, and risk teams and the partner institutions.
• Building and maintaining reusable AI-assisted workflows for the recurring documentation, preparation, and reporting in the role.

What We're Looking For

• A track record in partner- or client-facing roles within banking or fintech, with genuine relationship-building and partner empathy.
• Daily use of two or more AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent), with concrete examples of the productivity gains. Candidates without hands-on AI experience will not pass screening.
• Strong financial-institution stakeholder management: trust-building, expectation-setting, and partner-ready communication at every level.
• Project coordination and milestone discipline; comfortable managing several priorities at a fast pace.
• Ability to translate between partner needs and internal product, technology, and risk teams.
• Fluent in written and spoken Vietnamese and English.

Nice to have

• Credit, lending, card, or digitalization product experience.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working and Jira.
• Experience preparing commercial reporting or profit-and-loss reviews.

AI Fusion expectations (mandatory)

This is an AI Fusion Level 2 (Builder) role under Project Rebirth, Trusting Social’s company-wide shift to human–AI fusion. The successful candidate will:

• Use AI tools every day for partner communication, meeting notes, requirement drafting, and reporting.
• Design reusable prompt and workflow templates for recurring tasks, rather than using AI one-off.
• Verify every AI-generated output against source material before it is shared externally.
