Finance & Strategy team specializes in tailored solutions to address our

As we continue to grow, we are looking to hire an Associate
Partner to originate and lead client engagements while being supported by
Managers, Associates and Analysts at an execution level in our Porto or Lisbon
office.
Description:
Join
LGG Advisors’ dynamic Finance & Strategy team, with presence in Porto,
Lisbon, London, and Madrid.
Take
the lead on high-level advisory projects in areas such as Capital Raising
and Corporate Finance.
Manage
an execution team of Managers, Associates and Analysts while maintaining
originating clients across Europe, the US, and the Middle East.
Work

Responsibilities:
Lead
end-to-end capital raising mandates (equity, debt and hybrid), acting as
lead advisor from origination through to closing while managing senior
client relationships.
Originate
and convert new business opportunities, leveraging your network to secure
mandates and expand existing client accounts.
Oversee
execution, including preparation of investor materials, financial models,
valuation analyses and coordination of investor outreach, due diligence,
negotiations and structuring.
Act
as primary point of contact for clients and investors while leading and
mentoring junior team members to ensure high-quality delivery and scalable
execution.
Qualifications:
12+
years of experience in Capital Raising / Corporate Finance (investment
banking, boutique advisory or VC), with a strong track record of leading
and closing fundraising transactions in the Technology sector.
Proven
ability to originate mandates, with an established network of private
equity, venture capital, credit funds, family offices and institutional
investors.
Strong
expertise in financial modelling, valuation, capital structuring and
managing full fundraising processes end-to-end.
Fluent
in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus, with strong
communication skills and ability to operate in an international
environment.
Requirements:
Proven
track record in originating, leading, and executing complex capital
raising mandates (equity, debt and hybrid), managing both fundraising
processes and teams.
Experience
working in or advising clients across key geographies such as the EU, UK,
or USA, with strong international exposure.
Strong
analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to
manage stakeholders and drive fundraising processes to successful
outcomes.
Highly
organised, self-driven, with the ability to work under pressure, manage
multiple workstreams and consistently deliver high-quality output to tight
deadlines.
Differentiating
Factors:
Existing
investor network across private equity, venture capital, credit funds,
family offices and institutional investors in relevant geographies (UK,
USA, Iberia).
Exposure
to cross-border fundraising processes and international investor bases.
Previous
leadership roles within investment banking, financial advisory firms or
VCs.
Multilingual
capabilities beyond English and Portuguese.
