Responsibilities
•
Responsible for packaging development for new product launches, reformulations and product
modifications. Th isincludes sourcing within target cost, engineering, development, testing, and
shipping

Ensure that all package testing and validation happens according to protocol and
specifications. Th isincludes primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging.
Works closely with cross functional partners including Marketing, Creative, Product
Development and Operations to ensure success.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers including packaging suppliers,
CM’s and 3PL.
Improve and optimize the quality and performance of existing core products. Track packaging
quality issues, determine root cause, implement CAPAs, track in-market response.
