Ownership Transfer Specialist

Our Ownership Transfer Specialist plays a crucial role in driving customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless and hassle-free ownership transfer experience. In a fun and fast-paced environment, this role involves interacting with customers through calls, emails, and chats to provide timely support and resolution.

What will you be doing?

  • Connect with customers who raise requests for device ownership transfer
  • Understand the customer’s journey and gather relevant details regarding the request
  • Deliver a “wow” customer experience by ensuring requests are resolved within the defined TAT
  • Identify opportunities and suggest strategies to reduce Ownership Transfer TAT based on customer feedback and journey insights
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s current promotions, policies, and processes to consistently meet or exceed goals
